Not a bad Vector if I say so myself, but did you use Adobe Illustrator? Or faked a vector using shapes, lines, and filled in paths in CS2 (or another version of Photoshop?) :P
If ya didn't use Illustrator, then yes, it's a vector, but not a true one! ;)
