How did you get your PSC nickname?

What is your real name and age?
Charlie. I knew Moses when he wore short pants.

Where are you from and what do you like best about being there?

What do you do to keep the bills paid?
Stopped paying the vultures 5 years ago. I can live with the phone calls. Update...THERE BACK ! In the UK you can go to prison for watching tv if you havn't paid a fee !

What do you do in your spare time?
Research

How did you find PSC, and what do you like most about the site?
I cant remember how I first stumbled upon it. But when I did, it was like a voice calling me,saying.." Come on in son,the water is fine"..

If you could change one thing at PSC, what would it be and why?
If it aint broken...

Is there any other information about you would like to pass on?
Sometimes I may make comments that border on the unintelligable...(I like beer)..

How many hours per week do you spend on PSC?
Less than I used to.

What other sites, not Photoshop related, do you like to surf?

What tools do you use to chop?

What gets your creative juices flowing, how do you create a masterpiece?
Lucid dreaming helps.

What inspires you?
A small victory

Do you have a system? Does a chop have to be done a certain way following steps or are you a messy chopper and just go with the flow?
Totally messy and haphazard

What style of chop do you prefer to create?
I like to try and tell a story.

Filters, brushes and techniques: Which do you use, and not use, and why?
A bucket and a big stick.

When do you know that you have it just right, or is it constant changes up until, or after, you post?
When the wife say's.."leave it the f***k alone" !

What is the limit to what you will chop?
There's no limits...

Are there any tips and/or tricks that you would like to pass along to less experienced choppers?
Dont play pool with anyone named after a city..

What is your favorite type of source image, and why?
I love snow...

There is often talk about how the source is used and to what extent it should be. What are your views on all sources, outside source use and animations?
All's fair in choppery..its the end result that counts.

What is your preferred resource for outside source images?

In your opinion what makes a good chop?
Tell me a story.

Do you have a system to get things started?
Roll a ciggy..open a can of beer..

Have you ever completed a chop and then decided not to enter it in the contest? If so, why?
Yup...

After you finish your chop do you just post it or seek opinions of family and/or fellow choppers first?
Sometimes Mrs Sou makes her point...But I just send her to the kitchen to make me dinner.

If some one finds a fault in your work do you change it or stay with what you posted?
If it can be changed, and it helps, then by god I'll change it !!

What qualities do you look for when deciding to vote on a chop?
First impressions are the most important thing for me.

Some member prefer not to vote for filtered chops or animations. Is there any particular style/type of chop you won't vote for?
Nope.

Time is always a factor, how much time do you spend on a chop and how much time is too much?
I once spent 8 hours solid, changing a jar into an alternative eco-system, with sweeping panoramic vista's of teeming life forms and colours so vivid that mortal eyballs could not appreciate the wonder of its beauty. Then my electricity ran out.

We all love to get votes. Now are you a constant vote checker or do you just let it go and check once a day? (be honest)

What chop of yours did not do as well as you expected?
At least half

What do you consider your best chop so far?
The one with that really nice comment.

What do you consider your worst chop so far?
Lots

Who is your favorite chopper out there and why?
Marcoballistic..Anfa..Tesore..Claf..all the usual suspects.

What do you NOT like to see in a chop, and why not?
Instructions.. i.e....GO BIG !! ALL SOURCE !! I am also not too keen on a chop, especially a GREAT chop with the title... "NO TITLE" or "UNTITLED" or "..." Thats ok if your name is Mozart/Michelangelo/Picasso...etc.

What is the best chop of all time?
When a surgeon removed a lump from my body.. (my wallet)

Do you have any other PSC related comments to add?
Yes.... Seek out the wise man..Bugenhagen.
