This is what I am trying to upload: JPEG 675 X 652 113kb . Meets all parameters from what I can tell. See info box on bottom of pic.Reduce the image so that the height (652) is 600px (or less).

Not sure what the deal is, I have tried resizing and changing format all within the required parameters and it still pulls the Error page saying:
