What's the cut off on "being a newbie"?
It seems like that would be after the first month or so. You know, during that time you can always say in your comments something like, "yeah, I know there are problems here, but cut me some slack--I'm a newbie!"

After 30 days, you can't really use that argument any more (how I wish you could!).

when did you realize you are not a newbie anymore? Maybe after your 25th 1st place? After your 1000th post in the forum?

Yeah, I always kind of thought it went more like 1 month of being a newb, then 11 months of being a fledgling, then after being here for a year, you were just kind of there for a bit. Or, to speed up the process of being a true "regular," one would just have to participate a lot. Or if you wanted to be a well-known legend in less than 6 months, just be like ReyRey or Marco or whoever else and chop every day and win every other day. You are not newbs anymore, not with your track records.

The torture will continue until attitudes improve.
