My favorite detail in jerico's was the pink smoke. Genius!

So is it actually *your* eye? 'Cause it's such an autobiographical chop.

Oh, and is it your handwriting?

Yes, it is my (girly) handwriting. No, they are not my eyes, but they look just like mine. My wife thought they were my eyes.

There's a ton of great work there. How did you do the paper crinkling? Did you make the layer and use a filter or? I'm stumped. It looks terrific.

I'm glad you asked Grampz. It is a pretty complicated technique. Years of training. I printed out the brackets, crumpled up the paper and took a picture. Pretty fancy, Ha? I could of found a picture of a piece of paper that was wrinkled then laid the brackets over it in photoshop and set it to multiply. Then you make a displacement map from the wrinkled paper. Then you apply the displacement map to the brackets. This will bend the brackets in the same places as the paper's wrinkles and it will look very realistic. Then apply lighting to make it look like it belongs in the image. But I said...."Noooo, I'll just take a picture." Wink

Haha! I thought the same thing. Nancers probably dots her i's with little daggers, though. Or cats with x's for eyes.
