is it possible to make a blurred picture clear? Seems like it would be very tough...

Smart sharpen can help a little, but there's not really much you can do.

Oh yea...the De-Blur filter, what was I thinking? Laughing

Unfortunately, nothing can save a picture from blurdom.

there's no real easy way to de-blur picture.
Sharpening filter might give you a helping hand. But if you want it to be perfect, then manual work will be inevitable (always wanted to use that word...).

I wouldn't try it.Not unless you're willing to do a major project. this'd take hours to do anything with.
