Loaded zippy for me. 'Course it's 1 am here so maybe I'm just off peak.

The layout is cool. Bit hard to read the text though. Did you try different colors for the text? Like white or lighter grey?

Ahh, thank you,
fact that it's slow, euhm, well, not my fault Wink

and white for a font color seems a bit not maching with the rest, i'll try the bigger font later,...

first i'm off to take a shower and drink a lot of coffee Wink

thanks boekoe, i made that one for the girlfriend, lots of tables and repeating backgrounds, one size fits all Smile
she still has a heap of text to do for it yet, if she typed as much as she talked it would be finished

most the photos go through PS, i build the sites in dreamweaver and flash, the page will expand and the patern will keep on repeating no matter how much text the girlfriend adds, cant do that with a PS page Razz
also the repeating patten makes for a much smaller page load time, each part of frame only exists once on line, it looks like there are 12 vertical and 10 horizontical but there's only one of each, one corner and one corner inlay,
does that make sence?

Well, it has a neat look to it - funky, as Marco said.

I have a problem, as a supposed web designer myself, with the navigation though.

Using only FORWARD and BACK seems in-effective. I had to click through a few pages to find your CONTACT info (for example) and before I clicked through those pages I didn't even KNOW if you HAD a contact page.

In the old days (and I KNOW "old" Razz ) this was called Mystery Meat navigation. It does add some "Scavenger Hunt" type fun to a site, but at the end of the day people come to your site to LEARN about you and what you have to offer - don't make them work TOO hard to find it / get at it or they MIGHT GO AWAY before they get to the good stuff.

I also agree with Splodge that, in general, a lot of new designers are using VERY SMALL font sizes which is kinda wackky as monitors have gotten BIGGER. Again, don't make your potential clients/worshippers work TOO hard to get the info on you! Wink
