I just found a trick I didn't know was there: the everyday used Ctrl-L (Levels), Ctrl-M (Curves), Ctrl-B (Color Balance), Ctrl-U (Hue/Saturation) have an ALTer ego - when using Ctrl-Alt-L, Ctrl-Alt-M, etc. the corresponding dialog box appears with the saved settings from the last time the tool was used (i.e. I don't have to redraw a tricky curve used on a different image a minute ago, you can recall the last curve with Ctrl-Alt-M) Edit: Nevermind, Podgorski already covered this feature
I use the number keys to quickly change the opacity of a layer, but one I've never used is changing the layer mode with keyboard shortcuts: Shift-Alt-N (Normal), Shift-Alt-M (Multiply), Shift-Alt-K (Darken) and some other letters of the alphabet for the other modes.

I've decided to ONLY use the MOUSE and the upper MENU buttons.
I realized that i charge mostly BY THE HOUR - WTF would i want to SPEED THINGS UP!????

space bar to toggle the grabbing hand when youre zoomed in and need to move the canvas

Ive made a whole chapter about that on the start of page 1:

Love this one. Also, if you hold down the Shift key while doing this same command, it makes the brush harder or softer.
