Scion brought this to our attention about a year ago...

that is exactly what I said when I saw the item's web address! Oh, that Scion - gone but not forgotten! Wait! He's back now!

I actually have something like that within an art site we use at work -- and that's using Safari. Just one day it started making the thumbnails larger just hovering the mouse over them and without clicking on them! Very handy and great timesaver!

Helps to read I guess
I use the preview thingy all the time Very Happy
I think some code has to be in place before the other option will work...

At the very least maybe we can set up our past Galleries with this? Instead of actual open contests.

Carry on.

Hehehehe....it's ok sean..Very Happy

Hi,

Yes it’s quite greate how you can browse through the images, but it looks like it’s an application that once started you can't change to other applications without closing it again. Well that’s the way it’s on the mac/firefox.

That means if I found a pic on google image search that I want to download I click on the little arrow and piclens will quit and open me a new tab with the selected image. If I want to continue watching my image search result I’ll have to restart piclens from the start and go manually to the place where I quit piclens last time.

Thinking that you’ll have to quit piclens to vote for a image on PSC, it don’t really makes sense to integrate it right now?!

It could be that it runs different on PCs, but for MACs it’s not more than a nice gimmick.

Cheers Torsten

this strikes me as the best idea.. probably too complex to apply to current contests, but it would make viewing completed ones so much easier. damn cool plugin innit?

anyone else download piclens publisher to build there own albums? i built 2 albums, 1 with 100 pix and 1 with 1,000 pix, all works as it should in firefox, no problems.
in IE the 100 pix album works great untill i turn it off then it shuts down any IE windows i had open.
the 1,000 pix one runs for a few seconds then shuts down any open windows, works great in google flikr ect it's only shuting down albums i've made, if you have made an album post a link so i can see if it works for me in IE.
