I don't know if many of you read the terms for which you have signed up for
Photoshop Express but look very closely at this in the terms of contract...

8. Use of Your Content.

Adobe does not claim ownership of Your Content. However, with respect to Your Content that you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Services, you grant Adobe a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other Materials or works in any format or medium now known or later developed.

You are giving away your rights of monetary compensation of your intellectual art or digital art. Thay can use your work in national campaigns and not have to ask persmission or pay you for use of your work.
You cannot sue adobe for commercial use of YOUR work. In laymans terms...they are making money off of you without (oh...wait...you just clicked "yes") your permission.

Other than that...its a flashy new "very light" version of photoshop for the beginner who takes photos and
wants to make a few adjustments to the picture.

My advice: only upload regular photos that you dont care about. Don't upload a projects, client work, etc
that may have value to you.

We've heard your concerns about the terms of service for Photoshop Express beta. We reviewed the terms in context of your comments - and we agree that it currently implies things we would never do with the content. Therefore, our legal team is making it a priority to post revised terms that are more appropriate for Photoshop Express users. We will alert you once we have posted new terms. Thank you for your feedback on Photoshop Express beta and we appreciate your input.

john nack of adobe has read the concerns and posted a response. I hope that adobe revises their contact so our work is not used for adobe's gain.

Wow...that was a fast response. Just goes to show you...always read the fine print!

they don't have to know you used photoshop, say you used GIMP or something. There's no way for them to tell... except if they go to this photoshop website.... anyways they suck for writing that

I guess adobe needs to make up the money lost from people downloading illegal copies of their software... anyways ... this web app lacks features. I'll rather download gimp or some other freebie.
