Is there a way to change the background color here at psc? seriously all this white put a lot of strain in my eyes.

Doctor told me I need glasses for spending so much time staring at a white screen.

i dont think so bro... but my eyes hurt after looking at a mainly white b/g on any site i visit.... besides any ways doesn't a long time viewing wht b/g also effect your comp screen and take up more energy than darker colored b/g on sites? i thought i saw an old google thread a while back having info on this subject.

Stylish add-on for Firefox and then you change the CSS to whatever you like.

There's even a couple styles already done for you:

Yes, I'm onto that right now. Looks like Grefix started something with a light Grey background but I'm looking for something more soothing.

I started one already... I'm not really familiar with css or how to do this but I'll see if I can change somethings around.

I'm just looking for something not as bright as white.

Thanks again Tofo Embarassed

Post any CSS questions and we'll sort them out here. Maybe, when all is said and done, there will be a kick ass style sheet that Proc may implement. Very Happy

Cool Does this mean I can take off my shades real soon Wink

The brighter backgrounds do cause some problems for me and to hear you're looking into it, is fantastic. I am real sure you guys will find a good solution.

Oscar you must work on your soul. If white makes you flinch and you must seek the "DarK" blocking all truth, clarity, purity from your PSC site there is a definite purity issue. Do you also have issues with Holy Water and how does Garlic affect you?

C'mon guys... when you settle you die! I been here a year or so and I'm already tired of watching the same o'l site. Change is always good.

White does damage eyes, and I already get so much when using photoshop and other software.

@Jen... after that trip to teh doctors I change myspace to a less white-bright background. Confused

[update]
