I can't upload any entry it keeps say the same error message. I did all the things I should to upload an image and still gets the error message. What should I do?

I am new to this site

what's the filesize (in kb), dimensions (width and height) and what type (gif or jpg)?

Entry Rules and Guidelines

JPEG and GIF image file formats only
JPEG: Less than 800px wide by 600px high
GIF: Less than 550px wide by 450px high
At least 500px wide by 350px high
Under 125 KB in file size
RGB or Greyscale mode

it has to be for an active contest keep that in mind too.... also can you copy paste the error message and paste it back in the forum for us to read? sometimes we get debug error messages on the site.
