Trust me I used to be the same way. Drink it for 2 weeks, the first week is a struggle, the second week is a conquest, and the third week is a "I need diet coke in my veins" and you cannot go back to drinking reg coke. This may be an old wives tale but it is the truth my friend. Take the journey...

No thanks. I rarely do sodas as it is...

and for lunch...I had ham on rye...but I ate it too fast to take a pic.

I've not eaten for two days that's quite normal for me, when i do eat it will be one or two samiches a day, then one or two meals a week, no snaking.
I'm very low maintenance Smile
