Yeah I agree, I had 30 day cs4 trial and like it very much.

I've been using Dreamweaver and Microsoft Expressions side by side for a while now.
Expressions is far more dependable at acting like an actual WYSIWYG.
Dreamweaver is absolutely useless rendering CSS.
The similarities in use and function otherwise is almost identical.
