By your own half-assed logic if you knew what you were doing as a graphic artist then you could pump out a great poster in say 8-10 hours. So even at your $60 per hour rate that's $480-600. So if you win then you've gotten your normal rate. If you don't win then it's just as if you pitched your design to the client and they didn't like it.

What do you call the prize contests? You don't have to be advantage member to play them and you keep the rights to your work. Plus they are put in a gallery under your user name for you.
Bragging rights, you should get that for anything you make.

There's only a few prize contests a month, IF THAT! I personally dont care about winning money. And i put a link to the contest, so u can find out the rest of the details. So i'm sorry i didnt put US only, but i didnt know at the time... I'll fix it, but seriously, we dont need to kill the thread over it. So, lets let this thread b for people who are interested in the contest (US only!)

NO WAY!!! THAT'S YOURS!!!! I saw that one and loved it! I thought it was cool cuz mine also has an "earth" type theme. I havent posted it yet, but i'm really close to finishing it.
