I have made this pic of my friend and of a celebrity from our country India. Just to match their skin tones i had to increase the brightness but my friend(on the left)'s face looks weird. I dont understand what to do. How do i make it look normal? Please some one help me.

When I add a high-contrast black layer to bring out your friends eyes, the pixels in the original jump out. Try getting a higher res pic of your friend.
