Is someone using 3d software combinated with photoshop here?

there is a way to make a 3d scene (rendered look) in photoshop without a 3d plugin.....

I used PS CS2, and this tutorial. I tried using a new layer with clouds, playing a bit with the layer modes/eraser/burn and dodge tool, and that created some really nice effect. I also lightened some stars up with the dodge tool.

I will try to make a whole new (and hopefully better) planet with the help of your tips Thanks again, PSC is an awesome place
