This is priceless, my sisters best friend has been after me, (wait that's another story, oops,) I mean, my sisters best friend wants me to print her this picture, she never said what it was and we've been going back and forth about it for a few days, anyway she just sent it to me and guess what...
She knows nothing about PSC what should I charge her Tony and where do I have her send the $.$.?

She could not believe it when I told her what was going on with this thread and her timing, as for this picture she was screwing with me, but what are the odds I fell out of my chair when I opened it

Cooliris and Tineye are two completely different tools.
It's a very "smart" tool, though. I use it all the time.

It helped me find this site, looks like we inspired a group on some forum to attempt their own chopping contest. (It'll take a minute to load)

I agree. Ever since Brad posted his heads-up thread for us about TinyEye, I've had it as one of my key tools on my browser bar. But I still refuse to re-install Cooliris until that company gets their act together, and fixes their buggy software.

So, are we saying Cooliris causes browser crashes etc.? Because Safari has been crashing like a bastard for me for some time now. I'm usually mindful of what changes I make and what effect they have on my OS...but if it is Cooliris causing my problems then it escaped my noticing it. I like the program but maybe I should get rid of it and see if it makes a difference.

Scrumpy, Cooliris is a system resources PIG.
It took me a week or more just to identify which bastard software was responsible for all the problems it was causing. I've been running under Leopard (Mac OS 10.5.6) using Safari v. 3.2.1 (5525.27.1) without Cooliris installed and its like night and day. Ditch Cooliris, and never look back!!

Cooliris IS a memory hog. Installed it. Tried it. Didn't like it.
