I took the photo at an exhibition where cameras were allowed. It was not cropped or touched up.
I just thought it was interesting is all. I only had two pics of this work, the other had my wife and kid in it.
Anyway, it got submitted and you guys voted for it. No skin off my nose one way or the other if it is or isn't used.
Maybe I should have just downloaded a wallpaper and submitted that! Laughing

personal photo or designers photo???

No hits on tineye..
I'd say it's a personal photo from the submitter.
Which makes it a fair source...........
But hey whoever...you really shoulda panned out! Smile

Holy Crap! I agree with Joey on multiple points! Shocked Wink

Would have been much better to have the whole figure/sculpture. And I totally agree that this is fair use.

If anything Mr. Mueck would probably enjoy that his work is garnering extra attention. I've yet to meet a true artist who shies away from publicity. Razz

Well then it's fair game. The way I see it, it's no different from taking a photo of a statue in a street and using it as a source.

Hey Micose nice to see you around.
I am not sure whats up with this pic It took me awhile to decide if it was real, 3d or already chopped. To be honest I still don't know.
I hope all is good I have some ideas for this one.
