I have to agree with you on both of those

same here and the one I have never used is the notes and audio tool. Actually just opened it right now for probably the first time...hahaha and just for the record I didn't use it so my "never used" still stands.

i never use Patch tool because i dunno what difference with cloning tool, and the Stamp tool neither (i use Cloning tool and healing tool a lot to blend textures cuz i control them with my pencil.)

your not missing out on much. the only thing is, if your healing a lot of the image, the patch tool tends to make more varried textures and less "obviously cloned" images.

Patch tool is a great tool, I'd suggest trying it again but
playing with the settings up top.
Least-magnetic lasso....i can't even imagine in what possible situation that it could be the best tool for the job.
