We have 11 people, We can attack smaller regions, see if people will join, if they dont we kick them out.

I propose we attack Cannabis (just do a region search to find it) it has eight UN members. If we have 11 we can appoint a delegate, password protect, try and recruit more people from cannabis and chuck the people who disagree out.
The more people from PSC and conquered regions we get, the larger regions we can conquer.
If all works correctly, we will get ravaging bands of Players to attack regions, and good publicity for PSC

First of all fungas, they've got 8 UN members, untill now, we only have 4, and I don't know if you looked at their power, but I'm guessing they have a bit more power then us (hard to say, when you don't know yet if instigator is considered more powerfull then superpower )

I would agree with scion, starting with smaller ones, to stay with the cannabis thing, I suggest we start with 'coffee shop' (never mind that, they don't even have alittle bit power)
