do you two ever post chops on the same day? ever tryed posting more than two?
i think if you turn the router off for 30 sec's it picks up a new IP when you turn it back on

We've tried to but something always comes up where he has time to chop and I don't or I have time to chop and he doesn't, go figure.

Type photoshopcontest.com in the text field. It will let you vote if it's an IP issue.

You can verify if this is the problem by going to a chop neither of you voted for. Then one of you vote for it and then see if the other is unable to.
Or you can go to a page that echos your IP address and see if the two of you have the same addy.
well well well how convenient for then huh... sharing the same IP and all... how come they don't get harassed like I did for sharing my network?

Maybe the difference is that you knew what you were doing, whereas, I had no clue, haha
