Yeah...sure...I don't disagree with that, but...
Here's a hypothetical of why I said "They crave the attention".
Say for example , you've lived in the town or city you live in for some time and in that time you've gotten to know a few people and consider them your friends, people you converse with or see on a regular basis. Say, you're going to move away from that town or city.....*question* Do you announce it to the whole town/city that you are moving away?...or do you just tell the people you consider friends and want to keep in touch with, that you are moving?
That's what I meant by "crave attention"
Instead of a hypothetical......how about what really happened
everybody sit down and listen.............
lets say theres one member...and his name rhymes with coo coo...
lets say this member goes off, vents, directs insulting, personal, and hurtful remarks to another member. a female member.....and her name rhymes with weave....
lets say she does not deserve to take that form of abuse and says, "I don't need to take this....I'm outta here"
lets say this female member feels like she was not protected because if "said remarks" had been directed towards, say a Mod, "coo coo" would be out of here........many many PSC hours ago
but no.....we're going to settle this with H2H showdown........now that'll stop the abuse
lets say that for the last couple of days, people that have no clue of what happened have been saying things like, "why are people making a big deal and announcing their departure"......"just let them go"................
all they said was they've had enough..............I don't think "craving attention" figured into it
I think if the original "rant" was re-posted for all to see......there might be a retracted comment or two...
