okay:

1) it don't matter if I believe in a Primary Facilitating Mechanism of the Universe or not. PFMU believes in ME!

2) Body/Mind/Spirit - since I've experienced these three things in myself I feel compelled, and willing, to explore those areas of my life (and to share what I learn if anyone cares to have a beer with me)
