Replying to another thread, I found another interesting thing about the debug bug... looking at that thread (as of 7:25am PSC time), DBBowling's was the last post I could see... but when I hit "reply," I could see Kittie's and Annajon's messages in the Topic Review at the bottom of my screen.
Oh, and I've found (so far) that forum replies DO post on the first try. I usually hit the "back" button to get back to the thread before the dialog box for posting, then I hit "refresh" and my reply will be there.
HOWEVER, the reply I wrote, along with Kittie's and Annajon's replies, are still invisible in that thread (as of 7:30 PSC time). No idea when the thread will be updated. I had just posted in a different thread, and my reply showed up there. So the problems don't seem to be consistent, even in a previously "functioning" thread.

Okay, now those three missing posts have shown up, finally... DB's ended p. 1, so maybe there's a problem somehow with "starting" a new page of replies?

I keep checking the obituaries to see if my name is there. If it's not, then I figure I'm ok.

Workaround solution:
1. Post your reply to a thread. Click Submit.
2. You'll land on the Error page. Don't pay attention to it. Don't re-post. Don't hit refresh (F5). Don't go back.
3. Go to your profile page (Portfolio - Profile)
4. Click on the Forum Posts link. Notice your last post at the top of the list.
5. Click on the link (the title of the thread) at the top of the posted message to "activate" your last message (and all the other stuck in front of you)

One thing I noticed is when a post "goes missing" on an already established thread, it's almost always the start of a new page. Like this bug has the most trouble creating a new page... might be the same thing with new threads? Try Vok's trick and see if it helps that, too.
