So if we chop it....are we going staight to hell or do we get to stop by purgatory first. I wanna chop and learn, but damn, i don't wanna sell my soul to do it. Robert Johnson got a lot better deal for his soul.

I think you missed the point there mate. It's not about going to hell but lack of respect for religious symbols.
Come to PSC next week and join in with the defacing of the David cross(Yeah right!).

your right Tony, and I bet it is ignorance towards other religious faiths being the reason that such imagery gets in to be able to chop.
I myself am not at all religious, but others are, and if like you say the cross or star of David was up for chop, some may take offense.
If it was another symbol like say a Swashstika, then nearly everyone would take offense it is all about meaning to the person, a group or the masses.
Again, ignorance towards other religions, in this case a combination of Muslim and slightly edited ancient Hebrew scriptures.
It is a wide ranging and like I originally said (but in a rather unclear way) a very valid point Tony.

agreed. now would this be considered a cross? The contest was called "window cross" and in some groups, yes I believe it would be considered a religious symbol. I did. Did I get offended by any of the chops in said contest? No. Why? Because my faith is stronger than that. Plus the fact there were some really nice Christian chops in that contest... Seems like many people saw a cross.
OH man... we're goin down a real slippery slope. Religion talk

Wow. All I was really trying to do was make a comment about how many tattoo chops there were of the source and wondered if the symbol meant anything.
