Hi, I am new here.

First of all, I apologize for my bad english, it's not my first languague. Second, I have some questions about the contests. I don't know if it's the right forum to post those questions, but I try and if it's the wrong place, please move this thread or tell me where I should have post this.

Here are my questions :

1. If I undestood the FAQ correctly, I need to post 10 contest entries before to be able to vote ?

2. How does the voting system works ? Is it one point per vote, or when you vote your rank the files and it's the file with the higher ranking ?

3. It's not that I am only interested in prizes, but I'm curious to know how the prizing system work. I saw a list of prizes, but how those prizes are connected to contests ? If you win, you choose one, or there is one attribued to each contest.

4. Habitualy, how many days does a contest lenght ?

5. Is there any special rules about contests ? (I know those about copyright of offensive subject). The contest show an image and you must start from this image ? The image must be in your final piece ? There is no restrection about differents techniques ? We can photomanipulare, we can digitalpaint, but can we also add 3d object to our composition that we would have made in an other program than photoshop ?

Thanks for your answer and I hope I'll enter a contest soon.
