Well, here it is half way through summer. (AUSTRALIANS, PLEASE NOTE: You are experiencing WINTER at this time. There is nothing wrong with your set. Do NOT adjust your dials.)

This thread is a happy place where you can, in 50 words or less, tell us what EXCITING THINGS you've done so far to enjoy this (usually) fun time of year.

Me? Just got back from camping with the fiance and her family. Iranian picnicking at it's best! Very similar to Greek picnicking! Or Italian picnicking. LOTSA FOOD and BIG CAMP FIRES!

It was also a good time for me to experiment with new fashion concepts! Very Happy

Well with money being so tight, and we're saving for a trip to Disney World next year, we didn't get to go anywhere away this year. So we did whats available in my area.

We went to 6 Flags Great America twice.
http://www.sixflags.com/greatAmerica/index.aspx
(which is basically in my back yard). Rode mostly kiddie rides though, and got on one big coaster. Can't wait till the kids are just a touch older and a bit taller, so we can ride Batman & Superman coasters. Those two are AWESOME!!!

Went to the Renaissance Fair last weekend. HUZZAH!
http://www.renfair.com/bristol/
Watched some jousts, shopped, and ate turkey legs & garlic mushrooms.

Tomorrow we're going to Brookfield Zoo.

We were thinking about camping, but again, I don't really know how a 6 year old and a 4 year old would do out in the middle of the woods... But I guess no one would hear them scream Laughing Shocked WHAT?

When I download the pictures, I'll post em here.
