I was driving from California to Connecticut once and I got stuck in a Blizzard in Flagstaff Arizona. Go figure. Laughing

The red rocks of Sedona and Oak Creek canyon, The Grand canyon, The Painted desert and petrified forest, Meteor crater, Flagstaff and the Snow bowl, the hot Southern desert, sand dunes and rattlesnakes and Gila monsters, Lake Powell and Lake Mead,Ancient Indian ruins and centuries old petroglyphs, some terrific people, and a host of other sights and sounds you wouldn't know unless you lived here..And, of course, I do live in Arizona Smile...

I also took a house boat down the Colorado river, I believe it started at lake Powell. It was the most incredible time I ever had.

Golden sands, red bluffs, cactus, tumbleweed....

Very much as someone said above "YOUNG GUNS" which is a fab movie by the way... one of my all time faves.
