I'm running PS 6 and cant figure out how to make round ripples in the water. Is there some sort of setting I'm missing? I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

Make a soft oval selection. Go to filter/distort/ zigzag.
yes it is under zigzag. Wink
