I have been using the BETA version for about 2 weeks. I do like all the subtle changes made however they are so subtle most software would have put it out in the form of a patch or update. From what I have seen from it and also read about it most of the changes made are internal meaning that it is just more stable then CS3 and also more compatible with Vista. I do love the Mask density control that has come in very handy. If you have applied a mask to a layer then the mask has its own slider to control opacity of just the mask.
also rendering from things such as liquid filter are a lot faster.

Anyone know of a plugin or some easy possibility to rotate your canvas like you rotate a real paper when you're drawing something?

A bit like what's used in toonboom, I'm personaly very fond of that feature and I really miss this (or don't know it exists) in ps.

You don't have time to get used to a version and you get another one.
