good luck with your site, if you need a flash git give me a shout, i've had my work valued at £65 an hour, but i do not charge a fraction of that

Thanks man Smile
I'm sure I'll be having loads of questions once I start to get working with Flash on a regular basis.
I understand the concept, can work with the timelines to make a simple header with moving text and objects, fadings, etc... but I have no knowledge about Actionscript.

You're website sucks, (Under construction is not a good thing to have as a site)

Some advice for a site, No happy text (welcome to the site, hope your enjoy your stay.) The home page is valuable space and needs to hook the user. Instead of welcome your first line should indicate a level of professionalism.

Sounds a bit duh, but a sentence like.
Bringing a higher standard of design and elegance...
Beats ten bells of crap out of.
Welcome to the home page theres a nav up there leave whenever you like ^_^...

You need consistency through out your site.

Don't use flash for anything without making a html version of it
(A search engine like GOOGLE does not keyword search flash. You could have ten-thousand words on your flash site, google sees only sees this. BLAHBLHABLAH.swf) This means prospective buyers of "your time" won't be able to find you on google because you put your name in the flash and not in the html code.

Keep the noise down to a dull roar, Not to much text and if you do have a snazzy jazzy background tone it down.

Focal points and direction are also key, the user does not read every word. They scan, reading headlines, Bolded text and pictures. If you have block paragraphs you just wasted space.

Blank space is your friend helps to focus their attention to what you want them to see.

Your Youtube display, Can be summed up as.

Waste of time.

Nice track, Nice artwork, but its nothing special that stands out and thats why its only got 110 views including mine. You could make a gallery in flash with the music in the background on your site. at least then everything is under one roof.

How to win friends and influence people eh?

Don't pay any attention Marcel. If you need a good giggle, just have a look at Marx-man's portfolio.....that sucks properly!

Heh... err.. what?
There's about 15 Kinetic Design Studio's out there.. Which one did you pick thinking it were mine?

My website is indeed under construction, but there is nothing on it. It's even not published yet. It's a flat page with html with a header, an email-link for testing and an image to see how the pixels work along..

It's possible that Google has already spidered the site, but I wouldn't know when or how.

Other then that, thank you very much for your constructive critisism Laughing

"Heh... err.. what?

I followed the trail you left.
1.) You're youtube link which you provided.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kIUBW1YuLY

Has this written in the side.

2.) Some of my Photoshop works.
www.kineticdesignstudio.be

You're site delivers 2 Photoshop works...

"Deze website is momenteel in opbouw. Voor meer informatie kan u terecht op"

Which my Marx senses tells me given your level of experience... Roughly translates to this.

"This website is currently under construction. For more information, go to"

I don't speak dutch but even I know a headed excuse.

and a link to...
3.) "info@kineticdesignstudio.be" you...

Snappy I know but why host a site if its going to be "under construction"? For the sake of having one is not a reason...

Also its been a year since I chopped anything...

You're here, without reason also, what's the difference?

Struck a nerve Grefix?
