hey guys i'm new here, so hello!!

i have done several children's fairy portraits. one hting i'm missing looking at the others on the web are the photoshopped fairy dresses.

I can't post a link to an example as i don't have 5 posts yet! but if you google fairy portraits and chek the images, you'll see what i mean. the dresses are transparent, almost like chiffon with sparkles on them.

i'd love if someone could tell me how to do this or point me towards a tutorial!

fairies...suck badly ...why people want to do fairies....for instance theres so much fairies on Deviantart all done in s asimilar ways ...... that i m starting feelin sick....
