Just an idea but how about we use the very first source ever used at psc...and then each year continue along that theme, make it speed chop like the old days and most importantly make sure every one knows about the event...if you have to add a prize to it I understand...but try not to for the spirit of the day.

Well my daughter says if its a birthday why dont you make a huge card and then you can all wish PSC happy birthday in your own special way.

I said "What a great idea"

We could make a size logo or image size or what ever, then send them to one person or persons, they intern can add them to the card in general, can be hosted of site if need be and it gives every one time to do there thing...even email or pm some of the old guys n gals to let em know.

I like the idea and think it would work, so if any one is interested I am willing to organise this, oh and I will convince splodge to help cause he is to good to us...aint ya mate.

who makes this website what it is? the USERS... so I think for it's 7th birthday PSC should celebrate by having a special contest. HOW ABOUT A NEW LOGO for psc? or something to spice up teh home page.

Simple. Get that very first source, you know, the one with the crappy resolution and chop it again! Doubt anyone remembers, or can even find it, but it would be like nostalgic like. Or alternatively submit a similar looking high res version of the first source.

Also (though it's probably too much on short notice), the site could revert to it's original look for one day? (or at least have the color scheme)

Why do we have to make it a contest...I don't know about other countries but here in Oz we give things to people when its there birthday, so why don't we just do something that can be come a tradition at PSC instead of a contest cause we have one of them every day of the year. Something like the rollscroll, class photos and clones, do it for the fun of PSC not for prizes or to compete.
