PSC should make a system for people requesting work for cash done here. And for competitions that are made by outsiders.

That the prizes have to be paid into an account before people can add an contest like that. Then one would have been sure payment would be given and that would also make the intrest higher.

And PSC could charge a little for hosting the contest.
