Wow Shocked

Edit: BTW I found this while trying to find information on train accidents within the last few days. We found out late yesterday that one of our dealers was killed "in a train accident" but we don't have any further information. Don't know where he was when the accident occurred but his sales territory was Maryland & Pennsylvania. If anyone knows of accidents in those areas I'd appreciate any info. He was one of my favorite dealers and I worked closely with him on his website projects. Confused

strange things happen indeed. I remember hearing about this when the collision happened, It was on the news and all.

maybe he had some kinda batch file on his cell phone in case of this happened, it would make calls to a certain number of phones. Maybe the phone got stuck somewhere and some piece of rock was pushing the call button randomly.

Condolences on the loss, T. I hope you have found out where it was by now.

The story is a nice one. And no matter what anybody will think of it, the man was found due to his cellphone, and that is a comforting thought.

Crying or Very sad

Just found out he committed suicide. This man was a brilliant attorney by anybody's telling. Such a shame.

so wait? he committed suicide how? by getting hit by a train?

I'd feel bad for him, but if he put others in danger to kill himself...

He stepped off the platform in front of an approaching train. I don't think that would constitute putting others in danger but I don't know. Confused

That must be the loneliest place on earth at that moment in time, for somebody to take that final step.

This death by Choo-choo is a very common thing. A train engineer that I know used to run for the Toronto GO Train system and he was the last person to see people who commited suicide that he had ask for a transfer as this was effecting him and he would have nightmares. It's a sad day when anyone takes their own life.
