Hi, Is there a way I can rotate, move or edit a brush after I place it in the picture?
Ive been downloading tons of brushes just to get the perfect one I need but I have been unable to find the exact one, for instance I was using a stiches brush but the brush I used was on a vertical position and I needed it horizontally, can I rotate a brush?

I will appreciate any help on this matter.
Regards!

Put it on it's own layer. Then you can move it however you want.

And welcome to PSC. Very Happy

also, under "shape dynamics" under "angle" check off direction and the brush will point in the direction the pen or mouse is traveling.

LOL. 20%. ohhhhh noooooooo.
Combination of tools, abusing tools to do what they aren't supposed to. It takes years to reach 20% of what looks about to be infinity to me.
I never met noone says they ever mastered them all,
and few that can confidently say they know a lot...
cause saying ya know a lot about PS is bound to end up
with a major PWNage.
