I keep having the same issue where I get the generic error page when I go about uploading my entry (which is a gif). I have reduced colors and I've reduced size down to the point where its 290 x 218 and only 427 kb from the original 2 mg. However, it still will not load.

I'm not too partial to the entry because it's a lot like the last gif I created but I felt it was fitting the theme. I'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue?

Too small? Check the minimum size requirements for GIF entries:
GIF: Less than 550px wide by 450px high
At least 500px wide by 350px high

Exactly.

A work-around is to increase your canvas size to 500 x 350, and give your gif a plain white (or black or whatever color) background. It shouldn't add too much in kb, and should upload fine then.
