Hi Rey, do you have a example of your work? The pepsi bottle you've made I mean...
Coca Cola owns Pepsi btw!

This is the Pepsi bottle that I did. They ended up putting a small sign where the label is and put something in it's hands. They couldn't figure out what at the time. I created some really cool bases for it but the wanted it straight forward and simple, so it would not compete with the rest of the image. Silly, I think.

What! No tutorial?? Evil or Very Mad Bow

Go back a page. Wink

Oh, duh! Thanks Rey, I am going to give this a shot when I get a chance too. Smile

The one big challenge that I, and I see others in this thread, are having is getting the basic GOLD tone. Everyone seems to be getting YELLOWISH or ORANGYISH.

I suspect I'll have to get some REAL GOLD to model/sample the colours from.

(this could take a LONG while Huh.. )

Gold comes in 3 tones. Red, yellow and white.
And then one have to think what finish the gold should have.
And lastly; what kind of light and enviroment the gold is placed in.

I tried using this as a reference for a color palette. It isn't exactly the gold color that ReyRey used. Its much more yellow.
