Trojan.Giframe is a generic detection for specially crafted GIF images that may contain HTML tags that redirect users to malicious Web sites.

First problem is using Norton for anything. I despise Norton software.

Who's avatar is this?

Naiko/Micose's avatar is showing as a broken link on my browser.

opening that gif using a text editor shows the issue

gif cotains html iframe tag and jscript wich will attempt to open up a popunder window to ciudad.com.ar

Normally most should be safe, but I recommend to remove the avatar of site (MODS!)

Micose will have to find another snoopy Smile

If you buy them from a shady back alley they'll cost half, not as good quality but they will blow good.

Sheesh, I was about two seconds from forking over long dollars on a windows laptop today. The reason I walked away? It just didn't feel right. Yep, The thought of M$ made me queasy.

I'll stick with debian for now. Been up for 29 months straight @99.9% uptime without a major issue.
