Cool I can only imagine the coordination that went into this, I love it. We should try to pull something like this off here, sort of a PSC band. It's not like we don't have the talent or anything, right? Smile

Thanks for posting that....very cool!
Music is really magical. It has the ability to cross barriers and show us that we all have much in common.

(I like the John Lennon version better, though) Wink

This gives me a great idea!!! I would like to start with me and Reinman. I would like to take one of my videos and have Rein add his instrument and vocals. He can even replace the video if he has the capabilities, Then he can pass it to the next person who wants to add something etc. etc. What do ya think?
Here is a song I would like to do.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eus05ID2QrU&feature=channel_page Or he can pick one of these
http://www.youtube.com/user/rkmichaud
I'll I will record a different song. I would like to start it because I can't read music and it would probably be harder for me to follow someone else. I would love l@rue to play too.

Hmm... I'd have to wrap my head around the technical side of it. The trick is managing separate audio and separate video tracks. A bit beyond my current iMovie capabilities.

Not sure how to proceed - I'm certainly open to putting on a track after Rey starts it (as long as he tunes his guitar to concert pitch with an electronic tuner Wink ) but from then on I'm not sure how to proceed.

And do I add Hammond organ or Squeeze to whatever - ah that choice will vex me fer sher! Huh..

I'd suggest sending it to one person, (the editor) who can then send it to the next, in case someone screws up what might be very good, with a crappy addition.

This is a good point. Who's got Final Cut or Premiere?

And I tend to agree with Blue here... the song should be iconic (like Stand By Me is) and very well known, and preferably "uplifting & positive" (which would sadly count out Hell's Bells by AcDc Sad ).

Maybe one of these Twisted Evil ? :
