So, Eve suggested i post this here. Last night I happened to click on the store link and was surprised to see how crappy it looked. No offense I just figure with all the talent in this site why do we not have better products. I know it's cafe press but it can be better I think. We could hold contests to provide graphics for t-shirts or products. Eve offered 50.00 and I'm sure proc would be interested in contributing ( guessing ), some of these shirts or products could be used as prizes in some contests maybe. I don't know just thought I's throw it out there. If there was money coming in for the site on that end maybe we wouldn't have such poor prizes in the H2H... Smile Did i say that last part out loud? Shocked

Always thought that. The products we have up there are just plain...boring. I've come up with shirt designs for here. But never did anything with them.

I have had some shirts by them and was distinctly underwhelmed. However, their other items, calendars, cards, tile top boxes and the like are terrific.

http://www.zazzle.com/

Seem to have a better selection of stuff...

Edit:

And with Zazzle you can incorporate your storefron onto the site itself...without having to go there to place your order (like CafePress)

Ive clicked on the store link a few times also, was hoping to find a simple mug with psc logo but no. Spend hours doing chops and have many cuppa's along the way. Having a special cup while chopping would make me happy and proud to part of this site. Surely it wouldnt be an expensive item, but also an affordable gift to give to other psc members.

Also like the idea of a comp to get some of the fantastic psc artwork out there. I am thinking a calenda would be great way to do that.

Why is the "store" link still to the OLD PSC store on CafePress, or rather, why isn't the NEWer store also listed? Over a year ago, Mightybeet (with Procyon's authority) had put up a NEW PSC store on CafePress with NEW items. I got the coffee mug, baby onesie, and baby bib. Sure, the storefront is still CafePress, but there is some new and more interesting stuff.

NOW is the time to SHOP! CafePress is offering FREE SHIPPING (probably only in the Continental US Razz) on orders over $50 for THREE DAYS ONLY for (US) Mother's Day. Enter coupon code MOMGIFT1 at checkout.

CafePress is neat in that you can order a a bunch of different products from any of the storefronts as ONE order (hence one shipping charge) since it all comes from CafePress.

Now would be a great opportunity for people to list (perhaps again) their links to their own CafePress storefronts. Very Happy
