Then when the major games like (H2H, Scavenger Hunt, & Money contest) start...
then us old-timers come in and crush you. Insert evil laugh

believe it or not, jmh lost a few members soon after introducing voting a few weeks after opening the site, and we have been going down hill ever since, after about 7 re-designs JMH started adding re-coding, one of the first was going from unlimited voting down to 15 votes that's when most of the aliases came from, my side kick GIFted was born that very day, a few members left the site in disgust??? then the site went alias for a year, quite few old timers walked off.
eventualy the site went "advantage" JMH knew the site had been free loading for long enough and had to pay it's own way, the advantage was to be able to see 7 days pix in advance at a cost, then came the dreaded chat split, in my eyes the bigest/only mistake JMH ever made.
old timers left in droves and never came back, they might come back to the old chat page, but there is no one there to listern.
moral of my story? BUY AN OLD TIMER ADVANTAGE, and no, this is not the evil plan i was talking about earlier

Threads like this really piss me off. Why dose it have to be so negative and why bitch about this and that and all the other shit, for cryin out loud this is one of the most unique websites out there, still very free to use, choice of paying or not.

Old farts, new shits, young guns and Viagra induced long term members alike. Instead of whining and bloody bitching about what's wrong or what's not fair or what's broken...do some thing to fix it.

This place was once about learning and having fun and man I have tried over the years to get that feeling back into PSC but all you want is bloody prizes and votes and pats on the bloody back for doing nothing. How about thanking those guys and Gals that moderate and code and work in the background for nothing, they do it for the love of the site. (Ok cept splodge due to the great vodka deal of 1620)

So instead of bitching about the competition, (IMO if some of the old school boys came back winning would not be easy as it is now with 25 votes) do some thing to make the place better. PSC has lost a lot of its heart and its only you the members that can get it back, but then you would have to put some effort in.

OK IM done, sorry about the rant Rocky but thats PSC, open field for peoples opinions.

How about another team challenge?
Where the Old timers (those that are still here and willing) pick a newbie as a team mate. Could something like that help get thing rolling?

Blue, regarding the prizes and pats on the back, I am totaly against them.. friggin pats on the back get people to make shitty entries... I am trying to get Psc back as it was but I don't know how... I'm putting my effort in making chops.. but I can't do that alone... I give my spare time to try to not rant but better this community, of course I'm not the only one, but we need more, more people.. more motivation! I'm not trying to make a stupid rant but rather something constructive.

Shit I'm working on three different ideas to boost this place and to tell the truth getting to the point where I just say, why the fuck do I bother...you young guns need to get some social spirit for PSC or its just going to fade away to just another Photoshop web site. Well if you dropped into chat you would meet some of the old crew, and you may just get some good advice on how to improve your chops.

Be it adchat or black and white chat, its not chat that makes a difference its the people and they need to be doing some thing.

Some of th ebest times I had here have been in chat contests, triviabot was fun, liefs 1 minute doodles, shit updates on you know who, all this fun instant and right there. The amount of questions that use to get asked on PS or sources. Last night PJ asked what was wrong with her chop and got some good replies.

This place is what YOU make it, not what you suggest to make it.
