Hey Jerry - that's a good question.

I've only found that strange "Melting Tar With A Magnifying Glass" effect in that particular tool in Extract.

If you open up BRUSH OPTIONS there are WAY TOO MANY adjustments in there (jitter and absorbtion and jiggle and wobble etc) and i'm sure you could get close to that.

Also, turning on the AIR BRUSH option for your normal brushes does a similar ADD MORE THE LONGER YOU HOLD THE BRUSH BUTTON DOWN effect - you might play with that as well.
