Hey, Kroger is sponsoring a design a reusable bag contest. Winner gets a $1000 gift card. Runner-ups get smaller amounts on a gift card.
Go to http://www.designareusablebag.com/ to register and submit. Contest ends May 15, 2009. You can vote for your bag design once a day. Votes don't equal a win, but betters your chances of being noticed by the judges, who end up picking the grand prize winner.
We can use this thread to share our designs and vote for each other. The website generates a link you can share with friends, who I don't think need to register in order to vote. I used a second web browser and was able to vote twice!

Here is my design link.

Please vote for me! And feel free to post your link for your design here, and we can all rack up the votes everyday until this contest is over. Thanks.

P.S. There is a 2-day waiting period for design approval, before voting for your design can start, so get your design in ASAP.

Have you tried to sort the design by votes? "14169 Votes" at the first place for a crappy entry. You'll need a looooooooooooooooooot of friends to beat that even if there's a jury at the end. SRY but contest like this don't make sense, they aren't green cause it's just a bloody promotion to gain more earnings and waste a lot of server space!!!!!

There is a jury at the end, so that entry with 100,000 votes won't win, it'll get noticed, but they won't choose it. I'm just sayin, a design with 75 votes will probably get way more notice than a design with 6 votes. That's why I chose to enter this, you have a chance even if you don't get 100,000 votes. But with as many entries as there are, the higher the votes, the more likely it will be entered into the final grouping for judges to pick from. Thanks for your support. I'll vote for anybody who enters, every day, twice, just post the link. Thanks
