I might as well throw in my 2 cents.

From the very beginning, this site has seen its share of harassment and abuse. There was Knuddle who harassed QueenofBats, then later on, there was Kitty who harassed Nancers. These were just a couple of members in the past who were told to stop, but refused to do so...and got banned as a result.

Sure, members here bust each other's balls all the time. They make fun of their appearance, religion, political views, and ethnicity.

However, harassment and abuse have never been tolerated on PSC. It is not some new policy that was implemented because of public chat. It's been that way from the beginning.

In case you need clarification between the two:

Busting One's Balls
When someone makes fun of you in a joking way. The intentions are understood between both parties that the jokes, which may be rude, are for the purpose of humor. The main indication here is that neither party protests to each other to stop the insults from continuing.

Harassment/Abuse:
When someone makes fun of you even after you tell them to stop and leave you alone. It has been made clear to the perpetrator that you do not find the insults humorous and you would like them to stop. The main indication here is that when you tell them to stop, they don't listen, and continue on with the insults.
