At work and bored, I started breezing through some portfolios and profiles and keep seeing the extended profile thingy. I've looked all over but don't see where to diddle that part of my profile. Is it a special code like the Konami code? Special knock?

No, that's about right I guess.
The interview part you will have to be patient about, there is a lineup for that. But you can fill out all the information you want people to know about you in the questions that have opened. Create your own interview, so to speak.... Have fun getting them votes - or the contest wins, what ever comes first....
