Photoshop Contest Forum Index - Ask the Experts - Photoshop: changing the color of a work path - Reply to topic

Hi!
I've been looking through google and tried some things on photoshop, but still, i cannot find how do u change the color of the path each time you work on a new layer. In illustrator, it happens automatically when u change layers. Is there a way to do the same in potoshop ( CS3 ) ? Thanks a lot! ...cuz my eyes are bleeding atm from the lack of contrast between the light grey path i am working on and the halftone black bacground of the work... Shocked

Welcome to the forum!!

thats a good question.

I looked all around in my settings, and i didn't see it anywhere. however i can see where that would be useful since i use a lot of them now.

One of the masters will be in here soon... are you gonna chop with us here?

That's a good question, never thought to try. I'll be interested to see if there is a way.

Cheers and welcome to PSC or congratulations on being the most convincing SPAMMER to yet hit our site. Very Happy

to chop is to manipulate pictures known as the "source" into whatever you want.. then post it. people vote on them..

this place is a wealth of knowledge and just plain fun for the most part.

There are all skill levels in here too.. so grab your mouse, tablet, or whatever you have and start playing and learning..

kewl..
use any medium you want except for 3d rendering stuff like 3dmax or whatever,
the contests all have their own sources you can modify.. just click contest link over head. then use your imagination..

you can hand draw, use all the source, bits and pieces of the source, add in things from the web, your camera... Its all good... I even make brushes from the source sometimes to do other things with..
