I secretly dulled a needle in the parking lot on a rock before I had to give a flu shot to a really really really obnoxious patient. Boy, to see him squirm and grimace and eventually cry from the pain......well that just made my day Very Happy

A few weeks ago, not everyone went to bed in PSC-land while I was bored all day (12 hours out from the rest of you). I managed to have a nice chat for most of the day.<br>That was great Smile

HAhahaaa! I dunno if Wett has, but I have!<br><br>I also once had a guy who tried to LIFT UP and "point" his mouse AT the screen when I told him to "point at" an icon and click "on" it...<br><br>Supporting "challenged" users can be frustrating but it DOES make my day in that at least it gives me something to laugh about to IT colleagues in the pub later... Wink
