I used to participate in a lot of the contests on this site but after a while I kind of let it go due to a busy work schedule. However, recently I was involved in a nasty motorcycle accident and had to leave my job. I am scheduled to have knee surgery soon. I am usually an active person but, due to not being able to walk or drive myself anywhere, I had become really depressed. I suddenly remembered how much I liked entering into contests on this site (even though I never win - lol) and started up again. Working on the contests has kept me occupied and all the kind people who voted for my pic's really brought me out of my depression. I just wanted to take the time to thank you all. I get so much inspiration from all of your work Very Happy

Been there and done that. It took me over a year to get over a brutal Motorcycle accident. Hope your recovery goes faster than mine did. Just never stop chopp'n here. It'll go faster. Wink

I sold my motorcycle before I got to this point. I drove by a couple of wrecks with bodybags and motorcycles and decided I didn't want to be a part of that. Totally sucks that you wrecked and have battle wounds that will keep you from riding this summer. Hopefully a change in life's pace will bring you other kind's of joy for a while. PSC is a fresh place to put your mind. Welcome back.

The change in pace is kinda nice......it's just the adjustment to it that's hard.

I will be right back on the bike as soon as possible. When it comes to crotch-rockets and wrecks, it's not a question of "if,....it's "when" Wink

Thanks. I'm very glad to be back Smile
